📰 The $37M CRM that Predicts who’s Ready to Buy

Austin’s Luxury Presence just raised $37M to build out a CRM for high-performing real estate agents.
The round includes $22M in equity (led again by Bessemer Venture Partners with participation from NextEquity, GSBackers, TPC, and Adam & Jade Mills) plus a $15M debt facility from J.P. Morgan.
The problem with traditional CRMs is that they’re glorified filing cabinets. They…
demand constant manual data entry
mostly exist to organize contacts
rarely help you increase revenue without extra tools and effort
Agents end up doing the work… while the CRM just stores it.
Luxury Presence is trying to flip that. Last year, agents using its platform reportedly closed $450B+ in transactions across 400K+ listings.
“‘proptech winter‘ is facing an ‘optimistic change of season,‘ and Luxury Presence is the vanguard“
Luxury Presence unites agent’s:
contacts
social media followers
communication history
website activity
With 3rd party data to enhance every relationship in real-time.
The result is a focused daily feed: who matters today, why they matter, and the exact action to take next.
Behind the scenes, the system updates property records, tracks life events like job changes, and predicts net-worth shifts to surface who’s most likely to enter the market.
At Austin Founders Feed we’re bullish on face-to-face relationships. As AI gets more capable, the human touch becomes the real differentiator. The play is to offload everything that doesn’t require you—admin, research, prioritization—so your time goes to the high-leverage conversations that close deals and build trust.

AFF’s Networking Field Guide

At Austin Founders Feed, our mission is to bring people together in person to facilitate business growth. A huge part of that is actually connecting with the humans in the room once you show up.
We made this guide because most networking advice is either obvious ("be yourself!") or written by people who seem to enjoy networking naturally.
This is for everyone else.
The people who know events matter but still feel a little awkward walking into a room full of strangers.
The truth is, networking is a skill. Not a personality trait.
Some people pick it up faster than others, but everyone can get better at it with practice and a little preparation. Both Ken and I have watched people go from dreading events to genuinely looking forward to them, and the difference was never some magical confidence boost. It was having a system.
That is what this guide is. A system. Use the parts that work for you. Ignore the rest. But give yourself permission to be bad at this for a while. That is how every skill works.
The guide will be free for the first 20 people who download it with the code “AFFFIRST20” at checkout.
If you aren’t the first 20 to download this or if you just want to support our growth, you can still get a massive discount on the field guide through March with code “NETWORKING”.
